And for those of you who thought we were crazy to buy such a dump...I'm happy to say that we finally got it painted (thank goodness, those grays were hideous) and the yard is starting to look a little better, needless to say we aren't done yet, but since the weather has been warmer we've atleast gotten a start! AFTER
The mailbox is blog-worthy because I never took any before pics, but it was overgrown with 6ft. high bushes/weeds and you couldn't even see the mailbox! The gardenia shrubs in the back will be between 3-4 ft tall and fill out eventually:)

Oh! Lauren! and Adam! It's incredible!!! I can't believe I didn't see this pic the other day- and that you didn't tell me it was up! I had to hear from Grandma!! Wow! Thats all I can say. You two do have the magic touch!
