Holy Cow!
Well- that was fast, we put the house up for sale on June 28th- and July 5th we had a contract on it! (8 days later) Who knew!!! I was thinking it would be on the market for atleast 2 months right?? So everything is moving along pretty quick. The inspectors came out on Friday and we are scheduled to close Fri Aug 8th at 11am! I guess now we'll just hope all goes well and nothing falls through...though we will be homeless for a bit! I'm just praying Jeff finds us another house next month!

Ywah, yeah, yeah.... just kidding. I really am happy for you. That week in August is going to be SO busy! Anna home, Gma and Lynn here, you closing, us moving, whew!! Exciting times!!
