UTAH!

I went out to see Adeline (and Anna and Stratton) this past weekend! We had lots of fun and Adeline is too cute! Here are some pictures from the trip! Anna had mentioned that Addie needed some warmer clothes for the winter, and since they're in UT it's already getting pretty cold there. So out shopping we went! We got her some super cute stuff, this little snow hat came with mittens and right now it's way too big but I think she'll grow into it soon.

She needed a jacket, and this was the smallest one we could find, luckily it has cute little ears! She was so cute in it, she looked like a little polar bear!(so we got the pants to match too!)
We found this little Christmas/holiday dress at Baby Gap, it's too big too but by the time the holidays get here it will fit perfect! (Since we found all these cute outfits for her, I insisted we make her do a little fashion show, just incase you didn't catch on!)

How cute!!!

We also carved pumpkins while I was there...anna and I went to the Farmer's market Saturday morning and got some pumpkins and she, Stratton, and I all carved!

oh, we also made some chocolate dipped chips and had some snacks as we worked!

Momma and baby

I think I caught a smile!!!

We found her this little bouncy/vibrating seat at Target, Maddox had one when he was little and LOVED it, so I talked her into one too. I think Addie loved hers too! Every time we put her in it she either slept or sat quietly just looking around! Look how comfy she looks!

Annual Pumpkin Carving

Happy Halloween!!!

Every year we carve pumpkins with my aunt and her family (I think this was the 4th year). She has a bit of a pumkin carving obsession! Since I will be out of town next weekend, we did it a week early this year. So yesterday we headed down to her house with some lunch and after we all ate, we got started! I did the happy halloween one (the cooloest one), adam did the house, and dyan did the witch!

Cupcakes and Camp-outs!

I bought Halloween cupcakes for the boys this weekend, so this morning we made them! These pictures are completely out of order and I am too lazy to go back and fix it.- Sorry!

Here are the completed cupcakes!

"Funfetti" cake- Halloween style!
Last week this massive tent was set up in our living room for a few days- we bought a couple new movies (Snow White and Wall-E) so I decided to let the boys "camp" while they watched their new movies. This is actually a beach tent that I bought last month for our vacation but it also works well for our living room apparently!

Today...

...they started on out new roof! we were the action in the neighborhood! Although we caused a bit of a traffic jam with the garbage man. The materials for the roof were supposed to be dropped off first thing this morning but they were late; so when they finally showed up, the dumpster truck was here already dropping off the dumpster, while the HomeDepot truck was waiting for him to finish, the garabge man showed up- talk about a crowded cul-de-sac!

waiting...
Dropping materials
the roll-off

needless to say, the boys loved watching all the action! They sat and watched for a good 30 minutes!

Birthday Fun

Last weekend we had Jackson's 4th birthday party! Here are some pictures from the party-

Random Updates

First- our new niece, Adeline, was born Oct 1st at 6:19pm weighing 7lbs.4oz and 19.5 inches! I fly out to see her Oct 22nd- yay!!! Here's a couple pics of her first few days in the world...

Next, as a follow up from my last post- things are beginnning to look a little better around here! Adam's transmission did not need replaced; it was only a minor issue ( spark plugs and some other sensor needed replaced) AND our home owner's insurance is going to pay for a new roof on our house, and since we paid out of pocket for one on our last house and anticipated paying for one on this house, that's really exciting news! Not only that, but because we can get it done for so cheap through Adam's work we will probably end up making money off the insurance company- either way, we're stoked about it!
Lastly we had Jackson's 4th bday party this past weekend and he had a great time and got some cool stuff- I haven't uploaded those pics yet- so more to come! Ta ta for now!
