I'm beginning to wonder-

why everything is going wrong at once! If you are having a bad day, this might make you feel better about it... In the last 6 weeks here at the Nagel house:
-my car was in the shop not once, not twice, but 3 times! (the first two were for the same thing)
- our roof in the guest room started leaking (due to the rain)
- Adam fell through the ceiling of the guest room trying to fix the leak (now there's a hole)
- our AC broke
- and today...Adam's transmission in his truck started to go out! ( it's in the shop- maybe my mechanic will call with good news?)

Now don't get me wrong, everyone has a bad week once in awhile, but are you kidding me!??! It's been 6 bad weeks-WHAT did we do to deserve all this?! Not only is all of this a pain, but it's all COSTLY stuff to fix!! When it rains it pours! (no pun intended if you are in Atl.)

On a brighter note- I did manage to update my blog- 4 new posts in 1 day!!!

As good a place as any...

The other day Maddox had been napping (in his bed) and I heard him wake up and cry so I went and got him. He had only been sleeping an hour or so and normally he naps about 2 1/2 hours- I figured oh well and let him get up anyway. Well he sat with me for a minute or so and kinda dozed off and on on the couch- then he got down and just laid in the floor at my feet. I wondered what he was doing so I looked down and this is what I saw; I guess he wasn't ready to get up.

Beach Trip to Rosemary

These pics are a little delayed buy we've been pretty distracted! Here are several pics from our Labor Day Rosmary Beach trip- it was so fun, we only wished we could have stayed longer! It's on the Panhandle between Destin and Panama City. I loved it - it was the cutest little town without out all the commercial hustle and bustle of Destin or PC. We'll definitely go back !

the pool was HUGE- 12,000 sq ft! It was really like 5 pools connected by fountains and waterfalls

Rain

So it's been raining here for a while, schools are now closed; and a ton of roads are closed. This is right down the street from us at Kennesaw State- boy am I glad I don't go there anymore!!!

Grilled Cheese with Cheese

Ahh yes- Maddox has inherited my love for cheese! Lately he has been going in the fridge and bringing me the whole block of cheese slices to eat plain- he loves it! Then today I made him a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch- after which he went to the fridge got out the shredded chesse and asked for some...so I put a little bit on his plate and continued what I was doing; I looked over and he had gotten into the bag and added some more, then proceeded to eat it piled on top :)
