Bored...

So this is what the boys were doing the other day to help cure their bordom, it was kinda funny and they got a pretty good kick out of it...notice at the end when Maddox finally comes up for air he's covered in drool...yuck! We run out of things to do so we have to entertain ourselves. We have started going to Monkey Joes however on Wednesdays (one of those blow up bouncy places) and since Wednesday is half price "wacky wednesday" we stay til about 2pm then head home for lunch and naps- it has become part of our weekly routine, and I especially like it!

Bill's 60th Birthday Party!

As you all know Friday night we threw Bill a surprise birthday party, since he's turning 60 and all!!! So Maryellen blind-folded him and told him she was taking him somewhere just the two of them, which turned out to be our house with 20 people waiting for him to help celebrate:) Here are some pics (which thanks to sarah are up much sooner than they nomally would be, but since she informd everyone I would be posting soon, I figured I would...thanks alot sarah!! j/k!!) anyhow, below he is opening his gift from Ricky... with Amy and Maddox's help ofcourse...

The current state of our home:

It's 2:57 pm on Saturday, and this is what our house looks like! Try unloading groceries in this! As you know, beofore the kitchen/familyroom were gray. However, notice the cabinets and decor in previous posts are warm earthtones- which do not really go with the gray. Now if I had thought about that BEFORE we painted and picked out cabinets 8 mths ago, we would not be repainting! Oh well. Anyway- also notice that isn't Adam painting! We decided were going to paint these rooms before we painted the diningroom, then the diningroom (as you know took 8 coats) so now we are tired of painting- we hired someone Adam knows who paints much faster than I do! Well atleast this time we aren't the ones doing it, it does kind of stink living with everything covered and unaccessable...
